In this role, Ian is responsible for the strategic direction and the operations of the company and leading AdvantageGo´s dedicated team of specialists in delivering best-in-class commercial (re)insurance software that transforms risk administration. He has a goal to build the next generation ecosystem to digitise the Specialty insurance market. Ian brings over 30 years of experience across the insurance, reinsurance and technology sectors.

Adrian’s role is to strengthen and drive the marketing function to support the company’s ambitious growth plans. Adrian is responsible for all aspects of AdvantageGo marketing, with a strong focus on brand building, customer acquisition and analyst relations. Over the past 20 years, Adrian has built and led high performance marketing functions for companies in the technology sector, including Honeywell and Travelport.

Eugene heads up AdvantageGo’s business development function to support the company’s strategic growth plans. Eugene has over 30 years of experience in business development roles within the London and international insurance and reinsurance market place. He has worked for reinsurance companies such as Scan Re, and for service providers, including Xuber, Intech Solutions, and ProgressiveMix.
