Ian is the Global Business Leader of AdvantageGo. In this role, Ian is responsible for the strategic direction and the operations of the company and leading AdvantageGo´s dedicated team of specialists in delivering best-in-class commercial (re)insurance software that transforms risk administration. He has a goal to build the next generation ecosystem to digitise the Specialty insurance market. Ian brings over 30 years of experience across the insurance, reinsurance and technology sectors.

Eugene heads up AdvantageGo’s business development function to support the company’s strategic growth plans. Eugene has over 30 years of experience in business development roles within the London and international insurance and reinsurance market place. He has worked for reinsurance companies such as Scan Re, and for service providers, including Xuber, Intech Solutions, and ProgressiveMix.

Ajay leads the global product development, implementation and support that will ensure industry best practices and scalability for AdvantageGo products. Ajay brings extensive insurance product development experience garnered from c-suite technology, operations and delivery roles held at Edelweiss Tokio, Majesco, Xuber, Xchanging and CSC.

In his role, John has full responsibility for UK operations, international growth and AdvantageGo’s alliance partnerships. John has a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the software development life-cycle obtained from 17 years spent delivering software to the global (re)insurance markets. John gained a strong insurance industry background through his time with a Lloyd’s Marine Syndicate prior to moving into insurance technology.
